Marco’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop store teams, ensuring exceptional product quality and customer service while driving sales and controlling costs. You will source and interview talent, train staff on policies, and manage HR processes to maintain a world-class operation.

The role requires 3 years of leadership experience and 1 year in a restaurant setting, with the ability to supervise up to 20 team members and a schedule around 50 hours per week including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Source and interview store employees to ensure alignment with company values.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Oversee HR tasks: scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to home office.
