Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead a busy restaurant team. You will recruit, train and develop staff; drive sales; and control costs while maintaining top product quality and exceptional customer service.

This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to manage scheduling, payroll, benefits and performance reporting to the home office. You will foster a positive store culture, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with the assistant managers to

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays
• Source and interview store employees to hire aligned with company values

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Manager in Training
• Ensure inventory par levels and ordering
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
• Report weekly KPIs and inventory to home office
