Marco's Pizza, operated by Hoogland Restaurant Group, seeks a General Manager to lead and grow a location with focus on people, product quality, and customer service. You will drive sales, manage costs, and develop the team to deliver exceptional experience.

Relocation is encouraged to support expansion. You will oversee HR tasks, scheduling, payroll, benefits, and reporting to the home office, while striving to build a world-class operation across stores.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Maintain inventory and ordering system; complete weekly and period inventories.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plans to achieve goals.
• Ensure store security and proper handling of deposits.
