Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for Marco's Pizza in Milwaukee to lead and develop a team, drive exceptional customer service, and manage costs. This role emphasizes recruiting, training, scheduling, and maintaining store standards to support expansion and strong performance.

The successful candidate will have leadership experience in a restaurant setting, the ability to manage up to 20 team members, and be prepared for a ~50 hour work week with some weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Create store Action Plans including marketing to improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and achieving goals.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, payroll and benefits processes.
