Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead a store under Hoogland Restaurant Group in Wisconsin. You will develop people, drive customer service, manage product quality, and control costs while growing sales.

You will recruit and train staff, schedule and oversee payroll, ensure safety and sanitation, and report KPIs to the home office. The role requires leadership of up to 20 team members and a commitment to weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant experience preferred (1 year).
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Source and interview all store employees to ensure alignment with company values.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
