Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a General Manager in Wisconsin to lead a store with a focus on people, product quality, and guest service.

You will recruit and develop the team, drive sales, manage costs, and oversee inventory, scheduling, and KPI performance. Willing to relocate is a key driver for our expansion and success.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work ~50 hours per week including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Ensure inventory par levels, ordering, and weekly/end-of-period inventories.
• Create store action plans including marketing to improve the business.
• Manage weekly KPIs and progress toward goals.
• Ensure security and proper handling of deposits and safekeeping.
