Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Sandusky, OH. You will provide leadership, supervise operations, and train staff to uphold cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service while performing hands-on work as needed.

You will control costs, optimize staffing, conduct performance reviews, hire staff, and coach teams to achieve high standards and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train staff.
• Maintain financial controls and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost categories including food, labor, cash and controllable expenses.
• Drive sales growth by improving queues, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels for all days and parts of day.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Handle hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to meet performance targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety requirements.
• Ensure safe restaurant environment and report repairs as needed.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach and manage turnover effectively.
• Assist with food preparation and cash register handling as needed.
