Burger King is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a single restaurant’s profitability, guests, people, and operations from the top down. You will oversee P&L, scheduling, and staff development while ensuring brand standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, guest service focus, and the ability to drive sales through effective operations. Evening/weekend availability is expected in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service knowledge.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work long/irregular shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Has primary accountability for the restaurant's P&L and drives profitability.
• Reviews key P&L lines to increase profitability.
• Drives sales through guest service, people development, and operations management.
• Motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service.
• Manages guest experience and responds to guest issues timely.
• Identifies community engagement opportunities and executes local marketing initiatives.
• Leads recruitment and onboarding of team members; provides coaching to improve performance.
• Manages labor with optimal staffing and scheduling; enforces policies and standards.
• Performs duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator when necessary.
