Qualifications

• Two years successful restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, insurance, satisfactory vehicle and ability to drive.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (50+ hours per week required), scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, identify deficiencies, and address issues with reports.
• Respond professionally to customer concerns and solicit feedback to improve operations.
• Oversee training and execution of quality standards and safety policies.
• Oversee recruiting and staffing to meet needs and ensure appearance standards.
• Set performance expectations and conduct timely reviews with direct reports.
• Coach and develop staff; implement recognition programs to retain talent.
• Manage sales and budget plans, monitor trends, and take corrective actions.
• Control costs across food, labor, and expenses using the restaurant systems.
• Plan inventory to meet demand while minimizing loss and ensuring readiness.
• Ensure assets are maintained, equipment works properly, and safety standards are met.
