Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure quality products and outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, safety, and adherence to company policies while fostering a high-energy, customer-focused team culture.

You will also engage with the community to promote the brand and manage fiscal performance to meet budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance required where the team member works.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products and ensure customer orders meet standards; respond to customer concerns; gather feedback to improve operations.
• Recruit and train staff, maintain staffing, coach performance, enforce standards and conduct reviews.
• Manage sales against budget, drive local marketing, build brand presence in the community.
• Control costs, manage inventory and safety, ensure equipment operates, and oversee maintenance.
