Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise. You will oversee day-to-day operations, hire/train staff, manage performance reviews, and drive financial performance while maintaining top product quality and customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety and compliance, and the ability to address customer concerns promptly. You will work closely with Assistant and Shift Managers to uphold company policies and

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, ambitious and outgoing.
• Excellent team-based leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of P&L accountability.
• Ability to lead by example and convey urgency to staff.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly email and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all staff complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Ensuring restaurant is a safe place for Team Members and customers.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and ensuring staff do the same.
• Handling HR issues, including disciplinary write-ups and terminations.
• Taking an ownership mindset to the management of the restaurant.
• Ensuring payroll runs smoothly and hours are recorded and communicated to payroll.
