Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience directing and coaching a team, recruiting, interviewing, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, time-management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and lead the drive-in's managers and staff.
• Supervise compensation, scheduling, and performance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee all drive-in operations to deliver optimal guest experience and quality standards.
• Manage opening/closing duties and guest/employee issue resolution.
• Plan, forecast, and control food, labor, and inventory to maximize efficiency and costs.
• Lead team meetings and maintain drive-in records and reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance plans.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and compliance with company policies and laws.
