Sonic Drive-In franchise KBP Drive-In is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitability while delivering a superior guest experience. You will manage cash controls, inventory, labor and financial reporting in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, coaching for operational excellence, and maintaining cleanliness and quality. Requires GM experience and 18+ with availability to close as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant GM with P&L responsibility.
• Minimum 1 year as GM in food service or retail.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights weekly.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and AGMs.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction.
