Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the District Manager.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule and train team members with HR support.
• Communicate performance expectations and address issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to meet standards for safety and hygiene.
• Manage inventory and records, and resolve customer issues gracefully.
