Job summary

Wingstop in Asheboro, NC is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager to run daily store operations and deliver outstanding guest service. You will lead both front- and back-of-house teams, drive sales, monitor quality, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a passion for growth, and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant leadership experience and focus on customer service and operational results.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant settings.
• Manager Food Handler Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the District Manager.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage team performance with HR involvement.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory and food quality; resolve guest issues with courtesy.
• Drive guest service excellence and operational results to grow the business.
