Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; manage performance with District Manager and HR.
• Communicate job expectations; plan and review performance and compensation actions; enforce policies.
