Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of responsibilities including annual financials, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain regular contact with guests; handle complaints professionally and promptly.
• Recruitment, training and retention of employees; adhere to SOP and operations plan; ongoing coaching and document performance.
• Ensure food meets SOP specs, recipes, plating and is served at correct temperatures within standard ticket times.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; order food timely; monitor equipment, building and premises; ensure compliance with regulations; support national and local promotions; complete reports.
