You will lead a high-performing team, ensure food safety, resolve guest concerns professionally, and maintain operational excellence during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coach and develop staff.
• Financial acumen to manage costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and decisively in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage restaurant team members including hiring and coaching.
• Oversee daily operations: staffing, scheduling, food quality, and service execution.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance: sales, labor, and food cost control.
• Analyze data to improve performance and ensure brand standards are met.
• Perform opening/closing procedures with cash handling and reporting.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and cost-control processes.
