Job summary

GRO Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide Hospitality and Kitchen Managers, Assistant Managers, and Crew Leaders to ensure standards are met across all shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budgeting, safety compliance, and the ability to drive ROIP and local marketing initiatives while maintaining strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or higher in business or hospitality.
• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing guest experience.
• Strong financial literacy and compliance with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to restaurant managers to ensure a quality guest experience.
• Maintain operations standards per the Operations Manual.
• Manage budget for sales, food, labor, and expenses.
• Oversee assets and enforce company policies and ethics.
• Ensure ROIP standards are met and promote health/safety programs.
• Step in for front or back-of-house as needed and coach staff.
• Recruit and orient new managers using approved processes.
• Lead local marketing programs to drive traffic and sales.
