Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, driving hospitality, people focus, and high performance. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and P&L, ensure marketing execution, maintain inventory and equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards across all shifts.

The role requires 3–5 years of management in quick service, strong leadership, and a track record of achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in quick service/fast food settings.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure all marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu board installations.
• Ensure proper staffing and training through effective programs.
• Open and operate restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment in excellent condition with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise staff in line with performance and operating policies.
• Develop and motivate Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to perform at their best.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and forward questions to the District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies to provide a safe environment.
