Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant leadership in a high-volume concept.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and motivational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office; TIPs and ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure customer service excellence.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Ensure health codes, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing for promotions and guest engagement.
