Job summary

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish & English) with prior leadership in a high-volume full-service restaurant, capable of managing labor, costs, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of years of full-service restaurant leadership in a high-volume concept.
• Fully bilingual English & Spanish, able to communicate with staff and guests.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent problem-resolution and guest recovery capabilities.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer tools (MS Office).
• TIPs certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in daily restaurant operations and service quality.
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, receiving, and storage of products.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health codes.
• Monitor labor, COGS, and budget, adjusting as needed.
• Drive sales through community engagement and promotions.
• Prepare regular financial performance reports for leadership.
