Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager in California stores. You will oversee daily store operations, drive exceptional customer service, and lead both front- and back-of-house teams to achieve strong results.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and schedule team members with District Manager guidance.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in partnership with HR.
• Set clear job expectations and monitor performance including compensation actions.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food prep and customer service issues professionally.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards; enforce health regulations.
• Own new or changing responsibilities to drive value and growth.
