Job summary

Wingstop seeks a full-time General Manager in Long Beach, CA to partner with the District Manager in daily store operations. The GM will lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with the District Manager.
• Recruit, train, and schedule team members; monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and food handling standards; manage inventory and costs.
