Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, build a strong team, and ensure high standards of food quality and service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop during 80% of shift.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire restaurant operations and team building to deliver great food and hospitality.
• Hire, develop, and train staff; conduct new hire orientation and training plans.
• Schedule and deploy team; address performance issues and resolve customer issues.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans; monitor controls and costs.
