McDonald’s, operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume setting. You will ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

The position requires prior General Manager experience in quick-service or hospitality environments; you will coach Department and Shift Managers, recruit staff, and execute strategic goals with a focus on training and development.

Qualifications

• General Manager runs a profitable restaurant meeting Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Leads Department Managers and coaches staff to achieve goals.
• Experience running high-volume locations; background in QSR or hospitality/retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Directs a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Hires and develops store management to lead teams into the future.
