McDonald's Corporate owned restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume operation, maintain McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, and drive profitable results.

You will coach Department and Shift Managers, help set goals, monitor progress, and develop the team for future growth. Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in quick service or hospitality/retail, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Prior GM experience at a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service, hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
