McDonald's franchisee-operated restaurant is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume operation, maintain McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and drive profitability. You will lead Department and Shift Managers, set goals, coach teams, and ensure excellent guest experiences daily.

Ideal candidates bring prior GM experience in quick-service, hospitality, or retail, and are 18+ with a track record of building teams and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants (QSR), hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in franchised restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve departments.
• Hire and develop restaurant leadership to ensure future success.
• Maintain McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
