McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability while upholdingQuality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

You will manage a team through Department and Shift Managers, set goals, coach performance, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Strong prior GM experience in quick service or retail is preferred; age 18+ is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service, hospitality or retail preferred.
• Ability to coach, develop and supervise multiple managers.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers to set and achieve goals and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team.
