HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to oversee a QSR restaurant or small cluster near Grand Rapids, ensuring cleanliness, proper staffing, and open-for-business operations while meeting high operational and financial standards.

You will use broad discretion to lead teams, manage staffing, scheduling, training, P&L, and guest experience, with a focus on engagement, compliance with safety, and alignment to brand standards and audits.

Qualifications

• GMI must manage a QSR restaurant or small cluster with strong P&L ownership.
• Proven leadership ability, staff coaching and engagement mindset.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling and performance management.
• Familiarity with safety, compliance and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and ensure readiness for operation.
• Staff deployment and scheduling to maximize profitability.
• Coach and support staff to achieve business goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment decisions and promote HMSHost as an employer of choice.
