Job summary

McDonald’s operates a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and maintaining McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick service, hospitality or retail, and you must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail is desirable.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Coach Department Managers and Shift Managers; set and monitor goals.
• Hire and develop the restaurant team to ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
