Qualifications

• General Manager experience at a restaurant or similar operation.
• Experience running high-volume locations and maintaining quality standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet profitability and service standards.
• Lead and develop Department and Shift Managers to achieve goals.
• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
