McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant operated by a franchisee. This leadership role is responsible for delivering Quality, Service and Cleanliness while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals with your leader, coach staff, and hire and develop key managers to sustain performance and growth. Prior GM experience in quick-service or hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting McDonald's customer standards.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, follows up, and provides coaching.
• Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume locations; background in quick service, hospitality, or retail; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to achieve Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Develop and coach Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.
• Partner with leadership to set goals and implement plans to reach them.
