Qualifications

• Management experience in high-volume locations is required (minimum 3 years).
• Flexible scheduling to meet restaurant needs and long operating hours.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Background check required for all applicants.

• Overseeing profit and loss by ensuring cash control.
• Maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials and acting on variances.
• Recruit, train and develop outstanding team members.
