The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable McDonald’s restaurant and ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You’ll lead Department Managers, set goals, coach, and drive performance for all departments to improve the business.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume settings, with a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18+ to manage in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifikationen

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
