Qualifications

• Certified in national food safety program.
• Five years supervisory experience.
• Certified in-store trainer.

Responsibilities

• Lead management team to meet annual budget and guest satisfaction.
• Review daily cash register totals and prepare reports.
• Oversee scheduling and deployment to meet labor targets.
• Ensure food safety practices and product quality.
• Coach and develop team; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Maintain equipment and restaurant cleanliness.
