Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field; total 6+ years experience acceptable.
• 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or casino environments.
• Proven track record in labor scheduling, expense control, financial reporting, and POS systems.
• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and standards.
• Lead, recruit, train, and mentor assistant managers and staff.
• Manage labor costs, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
• Partner with culinary and casino leadership to coordinate service and menu.
• Monitor guest feedback and metrics, implement improvements.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service execution, exceptional guest experiences, and strict adherence to food, beverage, and service standards.

• Lead, recruit, train, and mentor assistant managers and team members, fostering a supportive, high-performance culture with continuous feedback and accountability.

• Manage financial performance by controlling labor costs, managing operating expenses, conducting inventory checks, and maximizing overall profitability.

• Partner closely with culinary and casino operations leadership to maintain flawless service coordination, food quality, and menu presentation.

• Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics, implementing prompt service recovery solutions and continuous improvement strategies.

• Ensure strict compliance with all health, sanitation, safety, TIPS/responsible alcohol service, and organizational policies.

Position Requirements

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience total 6+ years); Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or casino environments.

• Proven track record in labor scheduling, expense control, financial reporting, and POS systems.

• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal leadership skills.

• Active ServSafe Food Safety and TIPS certifications (or ability to obtain).

Compensation Package Details

• Base Salary: $76,000 - $119,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

• Bonus Potential: Annual performance-based discretionary bonus
