Job summary

The Church's Chicken in Missouri is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads operations to deliver a high quality, value-oriented dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean and safe environment.

The RGM oversees all business activities of a single location, drives sales, controls costs, trains and develops team members, and ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role reports to the Market Leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must complete all training and pass applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicates and follows up with guests to obtain feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assists and resolves guest complaints using listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
• Ensures calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides regular feedback and identifies areas for improvement.
• Cross-trains with direct reports and develops new skills.
• Maintains a positive work environment and ensures compliance with policies.
