The Church's Texas Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads daily operations and drives guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment in Missouri. You will manage staff, control costs, and ensure safe, clean, and friendly service consistent with our brand standards.

As RGM you will oversee service quality, training, scheduling, and compliance with company policies while delivering a memorable dining experience and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Completion of all required training with a passing score.

Responsibilities

• Creates in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Builds team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assists and resolves guest complaints using the listen-apologize-satisfy-thank model.
• Ensures all incoming calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Maintains a safe, clean restaurant and enforces policies and procedures.
