Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with supervisory restaurant experience.
• Experience supervising staff, delivering training, and driving guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of labor costs, budgets, and operating statements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creates a service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicates with guests to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolves guest complaints using listen, apologize, satisfy and thank approach.
• Ensures calls are answered promptly and professionally.
• Directs regular staff training and provides feedback for improvement.
• Develops team members and cross-trains for skill growth.
• Maintains a positive work environment and ensures compliance with laws and policies.
