Job summary

Jimmy John's Sandwiches is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure compliance with company standards across operations, including product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, inventory, and team leadership.

You will recruit, train and motivate staff, manage schedules, safeguard food safety and financial accountability, and drive local sales through strong guest engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Address guest inquiries and concerns; ensure positive engagement.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and menu items.
• Maintain a local marketing program to grow sales.
