Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from the AGM position who has completed all required learning zone training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED is required; Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision for a Taco Bell unit.
• Control food, labor, cash and controllable expenses per guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels to cover all shifts and day parts.
• Hire, train, and appraise crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws; report repairs.
• Deliver excellent guest service and handle complaints to encourage repeat business.
• Give timely feedback to area coach on operating results via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover through effective selection, training, and positive work environment.
