Dhanani Group Inc in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Burger King location. You will own daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee a team of 10–45 employees across all shifts.

The RGM leads the management team, manages financial controls, staffing, training, and compliance with company standards. You should be willing to work long or irregular hours and mentor a fast-paced crew to deliver strong sales, profitability, and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete internal certification programs.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees).
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Must be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers and interacts with multiple stakeholders.
