Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc, a Burger King franchise, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Omaha, NE. The RGM will oversee daily operations, lead the management team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability while managing shifts and staff across all functions.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of restaurant leadership, a strong P&L understanding, and a commitment to high standards in service and operations. Eligible applicants should be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving desired restaurant outcomes (sales, profitability, retention).
• The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance across all shifts.
• The RGM should be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• This position is overseen by a District Manager and directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• This role interacts with restaurant staff, management, customers, and vendors.
