Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. operates Burger King restaurants and seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction in Amesbury, MA. You will oversee a team, manage profitability, and ensure compliance across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant management experience, a strong grasp of profitability levers, and the ability to work long or irregular hours to keep the restaurant performing at a high level.

Qualifications

• 2 years restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and objectives
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and desired restaurant outcomes (sales, profitability, and retention).
• The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance within the restaurant across all shifts.
• The RGM should be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.
• This position is overseen by a District Manager and directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• This position interacts with restaurant team members, restaurant management, DMs, customers, field operations team and outside vendors.
