Responsibilities

• Lead & manage daily operations to ensure guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Build & develop a high-performing team: recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff.
• Drive profitability by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and waste.
• Maintain compliance with health, labor, and safety regulations.
• Promote a cheerful, professional work environment and culture.
• Support community initiatives and represent Firehouse Subs in outreach programs.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs to keep the store running smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with District Manager and HQ teams.
