Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing procedures and restaurant setup, food prep, and cleaning.
• Plan labor and scheduling to meet sales projections and labor hour targets.
• Provide hands-on support to cover shifts and keep service fast.
• Maintain guest service standards and drive timely service.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, I-9 verification, and orientations.
