Qualifications

• 2+ years in foodservice management; Serve Safe certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling
• Comfort with interviewing, hiring and terminations
• Run store with an eye to the bottom line
