Job summary

Arby's is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction through engaged leadership and strong people development.

You will hire, train and schedule staff, manage cash and food controls, oversee inventory, and handle interviewing, hiring and terminations while working alongside your team to deliver exceptional service and to uphold our Core Values and brand promise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in foodservice management; Serve Safe certification a plus (training may be provided)
• Strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling
• Ready to lead interviewing, hiring and terminations
• Run the store with an eye to the bottom line
