Responsibilities

• As General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft® and oversee the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you will ensure the restaurant delivers top meats and a great guest experience.
